What is going on?

I have been a little too busy to blog or sleep or even breathe....so here is a few pictures of what we have been doing lately.

Team Switzer Annual Photo Event...this year we added Ellyson. They actually did quite well and we got a darling picture of the 2 of them.
Rodney took Carter to the Monster Jam show at the Tacoma Dome. Carter was so excited!
Elly Belly started to giggle last week! She is too cute. In this picture she was just giving a few smiles as she said goodnight!

4 months old!

Dear Jesus, Thank you for my family and for my food! Amen
Our little sweetie is 4 months old today!
She is doing so well. Weighing in today at a healthy 13.7 lbs and 24.75 inches in length. She is getting so big. The doctor said that she is in the 50% of babies for this age in both height and weight (moms you will know what that means).
Ellyson can accomplish the following things:
* rolls over back to front
* rolls over front to back
* smiles and coos
* reaches for objects
* gets her whole fist in the mouth
* sleeps for 4-6 hours without mom
* doesn't take a pacifier or a bottle (not really an accomplishment according to mom)
* know where breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and comfort come from
* squeals, chats and mutters
* bears weight on her legs when standing
* knows the faces of mom, dad, brother, gma and gpa

Dr. Carter

Unfortunately my mom has been very sick this week (please keep her in your prayers, Kidney infection they think) so I have made several trips to the doctors office. Last Friday Carter was with me and he was totally adorable as we waited. The nurse gave him all sorts of neat "doctor supplies" to keep him busy and boy did they ever. Here is a little glimps of my check-up from Dr. Carter

Carter: "What seems to be the problem with you?"
Mom: "Well I can't stop laughing."
Carter: "Ok, let me check your heart." (then he also checked my mouth and arm, etc...)

Next my condition was
Mom: "My hair is turning purple"
and then it was
Mom: "My foot is too wiggly"

After each symptom description he had to put on his gloves and check my mouth, then heart, then head, then foot. He was too cute as he asked me questions in a deep sounding voice (I guess that is what he thinks doctors sound like).
